At approximately 6,500 square feet, Studio A provides a substantial production footprint while remaining an efficient option for productions that don’t require the full Studio One environment.
Designed for commercial production, television, film, branded content, photography, interviews, and other professional productions, Studio A combines a production-ready stage with dedicated HMU and Wardrobe rooms, production offices, and the infrastructure needed to keep your crew and talent moving.

Studio A is more than an open stage. The space is designed around the practical needs of production, with dedicated areas for preparation, talent, wardrobe, and production operations.
The stage features a professional pipe grid, production-ready power, sound treatment, climate control, and recording indicator lights throughout the facility to communicate with crew when they’re off set.

Production Support
Studio A includes the essential support spaces needed to prepare talent and manage production efficiently.
HMU and Wardrobe provide dedicated spaces for hair, makeup, styling, and wardrobe preparation, while the production-office package provides space for production management and client needs.
Additional FLX Studios amenities and resources—including lounges, café space, workshop/mill capabilities, and other support areas—are available within the facility as needed.

FLX Studios is strategically located in Henrietta, New York, directly across from Rochester Institute of Technology and within easy reach of Rochester’s production infrastructure.
You’re minutes from hotels, restaurants, retail, and production-support services, with the airport less than 15 minutes away. FLX also maintains close relationships with local production resources and rental partners, making it easier to bring together the people, equipment, and services your project requires.
Need More Space?
Studio A can be expanded to meet the needs of your production. Studio A includes dedicated HMU room, Wardrobe Room and Green Room (Studio D) as well as additional supporting spaces for, holding, meeting, catering, or production support space. Studio A can also be combine with Studio B, a package known as Studio One.
